Brittany Rhodes brings more than 10 years of Program and Project Management experience to Pitching Change, LLC. During her 9-year tenure at Amazon, Brittany was an integral part of the North American fulfillment and delivery network expansion in roles including capacity planning, real estate acquisitions, construction management, and process standardization.

During her most recent role, Brittany led the North American real estate acquisition team which she grew from 40 employees to over 300 in the span of one year and managed over a 50 million in CAPEX for network expansion.

In June 2023, Brittany, in partnership with her brother, created a sales team operating under C&M Consulting. After leaving her full-time role at Amazon in November 2023, she then took on the role of VP of Sales for C&M Consultants in the spring of 2024 to standardize processes and training for sales teams. Brittany’s superpower is standardization to scale and having a keen eye for talent to ensure a team runs smoothly.
