Sean is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pitching Change LLC and Vision-GMJ Partners LLC which as enjoyed 30% growth in gross revenues in Q1 2024. Sean, a serial entrepreneur, is spearheading enterprise growth and client development for both entities. Sean is well versed in building startup businesses to scale and has vast knowledge and experience in that space.

Sean’s drive and entrepreneurial experience has put several other local brands on the national map, including Papa Gino’s and Half-Baked Pizza, launching them into 1,000 different retailers including Walmart, Wholefoods, and Wegman’s.

 Sean is the former President and CEO of Para-flex Medical Supplies, Inc., expanding the company internationally.

Sean founded Portal Access Direct, which served over 200 healthcare facilities. Sean was previously Vice President of Marketing and Director of world wide sales for Invo-Bio Science. He was instrumental in helping take the company public as well as set up revenue streams in over 20 countries throughout South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.

Sean’s ability to bring people together for common good, create focus, and maintain a positive direction are some of his major strengths.

Personally, Sean is heavily involved in his children’s collegiate sports with two participating at the division one level in football and soccer. Sean holds an undergraduate degree in marketing and communications.
