Joe brings exceptional organizational skills, coaching and leadership qualities to the group. Joe is a well-known food industry professional with a demonstrated history of working in food production for 28 plus years and a proven track record that lends itself to any industry. Skilled in Budgeting, Operations, Contract Negotiations, Vendor Management, Quality Management, Supply Chain Management, Material Requirements Planning and Pricing Strategy.

Joe has a vast knowledge base spanning many disciplines including Raw Materials, Capital Equipment, Maintenance, Repair, and Operating Supplies and Services. Joe has been credited with savings of tens of millions of dollars through both procurement initiatives and lean manufacturing techniques that have improved the bottom line and operational efficiency of several manufacturers throughout these years.

Joe and his family currently reside in Massachusetts. In his spare time, he enjoys coaching high school hockey for his hometown where he was born and raised. He has been coaching at this level for 19 years and has been involved in the program at some capacity for more than 25 years, nearly half of the program’s history.
