Rich Fisher joins Pitching Change as National Director/Partner after previously serving in the private aviation sector. Most recently Rich was the Vice President of Ryan Aviation Group overseeing their athletic and entertainment division working with athletes in the MLB, NFL, NBA, NCAA, as well as actors and entertainers in the film and music industry.
Prior to working in aviation, “Fish” spent 20 plus years coaching collegiate football. His collegiate coaching experience includes stops at Nebraska, Idaho, Colorado and Oklahoma State. He has had the opportunity to work with some of the finest coaches in the game during his coaching career.
At Idaho, Fish worked alongside former Northwestern Head Coach Pat Fitzgerald and three of his fellow Vandal assistants now coach in the NFL. At Colorado under Rick Neuheisel, Fish coached alongside future college head coaches Karl Dorrell (UCLA), Jon Embree (Colorado) and Bobby Hauck (Montana). While at Nebraska Fish also worked alongside Tim Beck head coach (Coastal Carolina) as well as former Nebraska Head Coach Bo Pelini. Fish was a three-year letter winner at Colorado.
As an inside linebacker, Fish lettered in 1990, 1991 and 1992 and was part of CU’s 1990 National Championship team (11-1-1). During his playing time, he also contributed to Big Eight title teams in 1989, 1990 and 1991. Not only were Fish’s teams some of the most decorated in school history he had the honor of playing with some of the greats in school History; Heisman Trophy winner (Rashaan Salaam), Butkus Award winners (Alfred Williams and Matt Russell), Thorpe Award winners (Chris Hudson and Deon Figures), as well as Rhodes Scholar (Jim Hansen).
